I am ALWAYS reminding people of the simple yet very effective wonder of adding HEAT to their aches and pains. For an acute situation, I suggest a Cold/Hot/Cold/Hot application of heat to get the interstitial fluids pumping out the cellular debris of inflammation and while sending freshly oxygenated blood to the area to support our body's natural healing abilities. I would like to repost this on my new site, if it is ok with you ? Also, we do KNOW that Tylenol is hepatotoxic (Toxic to the Liver which is the organ that processes Tylenol) and chronic use will cause damage ; ) Salud! KinĂ© I love this post!
